Cat
Argus
Adopted
Profile Information/Tell us more about this pet | Are you looking for a quiet gentle house panther? Argus is the man for you! Argus came into care as a very timid feral kitty. He shared his foster home with his natural sister who came in a couples of months earlier. Duna taught Argus that humans are okay, and he has transformed into a loving gentle little kitty. He is completely house trained. Argus is very timid but he continues to gain confidence everyday. He would do best in a quiet home without children. He loves to sit in his cat tree looking out the window at the birds and squirrels. He will hide when the door bell rings and probably won’t come out until they are gone. He loves playtime and would get along well with other cats or a dog that is gentle. He follows me from room to room and will sleep on my chest or beside me on the couch. Argus loves his belly rubs and starts purring quickly after I start patting him. He never tires of gentle pats. He’s easy to get into a travel kennel and calms quickly on car rides. Argus will take time to adjust to a new home, his love and trust can’t be rushed. Argus is strictly an indoor pet only. ADOPTION FEE $100 |

Any additional comments regarding temperament that haven’t been covered by the questions above? | Argus loves attention and will need a home where adoptive parents are gentle, patient and willing to give him time to settle in. In return he will love you back. Having come from a feral situation it may take longer for him to fully trust another new environment. I love having him around. |
