Beverly came to us with her siblings as a transfer from another group. They were seized from their original owners who weren’t caring for them properly. Bev is vaccinated, spayed, dewormed, and microchipped. She’s approximately 4 months old. Her adoption fee is $595

|How does this animal behave around men?
|How does this animal behave around women?
|How does this animal behave around children under 10 years old?
||Tolerant, but still shy/anxious around kids, so we suggest a home without children
|How does this animal behave around strange animals?
||Prefers to observe first; sometimes wants to play, sometimes barks (so we’re working on her confidence & manners with meeting non-sibling dogs)
|DOGS: How does this dog behave around other dogs and high value food, treats or toys? Check all that apply:
||Lets the other dog take it.
Gobbles the food faster.
Sweet Beverly is gaining food patience every day, now that she knows she’ll have regular meals and won’t need to compete for resources anymore
|How does this animal behave around cats?
||Thinks cats are really fun to chase but if caught does not do any harm. Seems to be more about the chase than the cat.
Barks in their face. She’ll likely annoy a family cat, so we’re suggesting Beverly goes to a no-cat home
||Already wearing a collar and used to it
Learning about leashes and doing well
||Partially housebroken, but doesn’t know how to tell you when needs to go outside
Already understands the concept and is doing great for a puppy her age! She feels most confident with someone outside with her.
||Needs a fence 6 feet high
||OK in the car; so far, she’s had rides from foster home to the vet clinic, so she’ll likely be far more excited when she learns car rides can mean heading to fun and adventure
||Exquisite Beverly would love to be your best friend for life! She is very loyal and, now that she’s learned about the joys of snuggles, she’s so happy getting tummy rubs. She’d even climb onto our laps if we let her, as she’s absolutely adoring. Beverly’s also the perfect model for all the fun, colourful collars out there! Beverly’s quite clever, already picking up on “sit,” “follow,” and “down” and a few other concepts…now she’s just “waiting” for her forever family to find her!
