Cesar's Story

Kaiser/Cesar’s adoption fee is $495. He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and just had a dental.

This confident and loving dog was rescued from a slaughterhouse, soon to become meat and a pelt. His rescuer brought Kaiser to World of Angels Foundation’s Beijing shelter. Kaiser has no chance of rehoming in Beijing because dogs over 35cm are deemed illegal.

Cesar adores snuggles with his people and is happy with a comfortable dog bed on which to relax. He would be fine with or without another dog so long as he had a family to finally call his own.
