Kaiser/Cesar’s adoption fee is $495. He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped and just had a dental.
This confident and loving dog was rescued from a slaughterhouse, soon to become meat and a pelt. His rescuer brought Kaiser to World of Angels Foundation’s Beijing shelter. Kaiser has no chance of rehoming in Beijing because dogs over 35cm are deemed illegal.

||Cesar is a confident and gentle guy. He loves the outdoors, and would thrive with a backyard to hang out; regular walks; and, the chance to experience nature! Cesar adores snuggles with his people and is happy with a comfortable dog bed on which to relax. He would be fine with or without another dog so long as he had a family to finally call his own.
