DOG

GEMMA

Adopted
Profile Information/tell us more about this pet My name is Gemma!
Not only am I a very pretty girl, but my foster mom says I am also very clever.  I used to live on a farm where I was getting picked on by the other dogs so I came to Rescue Friends for a new start.  I was a little unsure at first but in no time at all I settled right in.  You would never know that I wasn’t a “house dog” before.  I really like comfy dog beds and sleeping in my crate at night.  And not to brag but I never even had an accident in the house.  I have a doggy sister who is showing me how to go for walks where I have already met a few friends.  There’s a confident kitty who lives here and I am a bit obsessed with her.  Foster mom says not every cat would appreciate my attention so might be better that I find a cat free home.
I love the back yard.  I run out there first thing in the morning and roll around in the grass and I like to lay outside in a shady spot during the day.  I think I would like to have a back yard in my forever home.
I am only about a year old and am silly and playful.  I go around the house and find toys and bring them back to my dog bed – sometimes there might even be a sock or two if you leave them on the floor – heh looks like a toy to me!
Enough about me.  If you are looking for a sweet girl to be your forever best friend, send in your application and let’s see if we are a match! Adoption fee is $495.
