LeiLei’s adoption fee is $495. LeiLei was found in the trash area looking for food and was rescued by Grandpa Wang, a Beijing rescuer. However, Grandpa Wang, at 72 yrs old, had exhausted all of his resources for his rescue efforts. The last straw for him was a police eviction notice, which requires residents to rehome their dogs within 3 days or surrender them to a no-adoption pound. He reached out to World of Angels Foundation, which scrambled to take in all 122 dogs since it was an emergency situation.
