Osprey is a very gentle soul looking for a quiet, patient home willing to give her the time and understanding she needs to feel safe.

This sweet girl is extremely shy and tends to hide when people enter the room, though she will quietly allow gentle pets once she begins to feel comfortable. She is not aggressive in any way—just deeply timid and unsure of the world around her.

Osprey will need a calm environment with someone experienced with shy or undersocialized cats who understands that trust may take weeks or even months to build. She is the kind of cat where the small victories—staying nearby, accepting affection, choosing to come out on her own—will mean everything.

Because of her timid nature, Osprey would do best:
🐾 In a very quiet adult home
🐾 With patient, cat-savvy adopters
🐾 Without children
🐾 Ideally as the only pet

While she may potentially be considered for a barn/shop-type environment in the right setup, she is very timid and not currently confident or independent enough for a typical working cat placement.
