Rascal is the sweetest little girl. She loves to be picked up and cuddled by her foster mama. She is still very timid and shy. She still does a bit of hiding. She likes to come out on her own. Rascal is not scared of the foster dog or other cats, although she hasn’t come out to play yet. At her previous foster home, she loved to play with the new baby kittens.  Rascal definitely need someone to understand and let her be shy until she is ready to come out and be her sweet, loyal self.
