At first, Ryder comes off as quite timid and tends to gravitate to the best hiding spot she can find. As you spend more time with her she’ll warm up to you and the new environment and slowly becomes a sweet loving purr machine who constantly wants to be around you. Ryder is a vocal cat and is not afraid to meow when she needs something or just to say hello and ask for pets. She is also a very playful kitten who needs lots of toys along with things to chew and scratch because she does like to chew on wires and scratch other things she can find. Ryder has shown to be very playful and loving with kids as young as 5. However, if she gets too riled up when playing she may try to catch your hand and nibble at it. She does this with the intent of playing, not to hurt you, but you may want to take caution with younger children playing with her. Overall, Ryder is an energetic and playful goofball looking for a forever home that will provide her with the playtime, attention, and love she deserves.
