Shamus is a 13 neutered male who is up to date on his vaccines. Shamus has hyperthyroidism which is maintained easily with daily meds. The adoption fee for Shamus is $100.00

Shamus came into care needing some dental work done. But now that he is all healed up, he is ready to be the best snuggle partner for someone willing to give him a forever home. Shamus is obsessed with the foster homes dog. If you have a dog for Shamus, you would be a perfect home for Shamus.  He has also lived with other cats, and would do well in a home with a feline friend. Shamus loves to snuggle beside you but will sit on you if you don’t pay attention to him right away. Shamus loves the attention of the toddler in the home. He will let her brush him all day long.  Shamus is a calm older gentleman just looking for a big front window to spend his days in.
