About Wilbur

Wilbur is a sweet, gentle little guy with a unique feature — he has no tail. It’s unclear whether he’s naturally a Manx or if it was lost before coming into care, but either way, it makes him charming and distinctive.

He and his brothers were rescued from inside a pipe and have since been lovingly known as “the pipe kittens.” Wilbur quickly stole everyone’s hearts with his warm nature and constant purrs. He absolutely loves other animals, especially the older resident cat who grooms him like a baby, and Wilbur happily seeks him out for affection.

Wilbur is confident, social, and playful, but also incredibly relaxed. He’ll curl up nearby, stare at you sweetly, and start making biscuits on the floor while purring like a tiny motor.
