Any additional comments regarding temperament that haven’t been covered by the questions above? | Jazz is a high-spirited girl who is looking for an active home where she can be her best self. She adores her people. In fact, sometimes she is so excited to see you that she can hardly control herself! Jazz’s two favourite things are food and play. Besides physical exercise, Jazz needs just as much or more mental stimulation. She gets most of her meals in food puzzles, balls, etc. She loves to chew so bully sticks and other chew things are a must! She needs positive training with clear and consistent boundaries as she learns that being patient and polite results in good things happening. |
Profile Information | Did I mention that Jazz loves to be with her people? Jazz thinks she is a lap dog. After a good walk and play, she enjoys nice long naps in the afternoon. She especially likes to lay with her head or half or body on your lap. At night she sleeps quietly in her crate until she hears someone up. We have seen great improvement since she has been with her foster family! A home with prior dog experience is required as she struggles with getting over-excited. She thrives with positive training methods that set clear consistent boundaries and structure. The most important thing is someone willing to invest in her. She is a smart girl who is maturing to be an amazing dog! |
