Sebastian is a special little dog with medical issues. He has been diagnosed with EPI (Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) is the inability to produce sufficient pancreatic enzymes to digest fats, carbohydrates and proteins.) and IBD Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) is a chronic disease of the intestinal tract.) He requires a strict diet and medication for life. Please research these conditions prior to applying to adopt Sebastian. Our team can provide more information about his medical requirements to interested applicants.
Sebastian is currently working with a trainer to work on his leash manners, resource guarding, and reactivity and to muzzle-train him for his own safety on walks. Many of these issues are derived or instigated by his medical condition.
ADOPTION FEE BY DONATION **We are offering Sebastian to an approved home by donation. He is currently working with a trainer AND we will include up to $500 in training credit to continue with our trainer OR pay for a course up to $500 in value with an approved force free trainer. The adopter must commit to attending the classes/training. **
| Profile Information/tell us more about this pet | Sebastian is a lovely little boy with a big personality. He has been diagnosed with EPI (Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency). EPI is the inability to produce sufficient pancreatic enzymes to digest fats, carbohydrates and proteins. He also has IBD (Inflammatory Bowel Disease). IBD is a chronic disease of the intestinal tract. He requires a strict diet and medication for life. He doesn’t let any of this slow him down though!
Everything is his favorite thing, and he would love to share them with his favorite person. He loves his toys, his walks, his food, his treats, just about everything. |
