Hi friends! My name is Fawkes, and here is my story. An awesome boy (who also happens to be the youngest volunteer with Rescue Friends) saved me during a horrible snowstorm. After no luck with finding my owner, Rescue Friends took me under their wing. My young friend named me Fawkes (pronounced FOX) – I think it is a grrrrreat name because I am an INCREDIBLY handsome and happy ginger/white kitty with a cute little freckled nose and big orange cheeks! AND, I am a champion cuddler and will take every single butt scratch I can get! You may as well call me Velcro Boy because I follow my cool new friend everywhere lol. I’m visiting the vet for all the good stuff to make sure I’m healthy and ready for adoption. I’ve been a great patient, but I gotta say the car rides were a bit freaky at first – now I’m a calm cat in my crate because my new friend gives me wonderful ear scritches through my crate door. So there ya go! I honestly can’t believe my good luck. Not only was I rescued by one of the coolest kids ever, I get the chance to be someone’s new furever buddy.
