Kitty Forman

Adoptable

Kitty Forman is a spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, adult female. Her adoption fee is $100.00

“Hi! My name is Kitty Forman. My friends call me Kitty or Kit. I come from a bit of a rough background and was lucky enough to be rescued from a boat in someone’s back yard. The nice people that were feeding me didn’t realize I was such a good mama that I was still nursing my 12 week old kittens! At some point I had a home (litter trained right off the bat) but being inside with these high ceilings and windows and walls makes me really nervous, I was pretty good at being a backyard cat. I’m still learning about having a home, so I hide a lot. My foster parents got me this cool “bed box” and I really really like it so it would be great if I could bring it with me when I move. I am nervous when you try to touch my paws but I promise I am sweet and gentle even when I’m scared. I lick my lips when I am nervous and sometimes I hiss if I’m feeling overwhelmed, but I just can’t help myself when my foster mom comes in to play—I start purring like crazy, rub my head against her hand and sometimes I just lose it and give her face a lick or nibble on her chin. I am doing my very best every day to be affectionate and I think I’m getting better at it! Because of how nervous other animals make me, I don’t think I’d enjoy a house with other cats or dogs. I also don’t think small children are my favourite thing (but my foster brother who is 8 is quite calm and gentle and I am warming up to him). I would really love a human who is calm and gentle and maybe home a bit more so I can learn to love people even more! Please give me a chance—I promise I’m worth it! Here is a note from my foster mom:” Kitty Forman is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped. She is not very food motivated and has been free fed dry and wet food in foster care. She is very affectionate and sometimes gets a bit “love aggressive,” and grabs your hand with her front paws, but has never scratched or bitten. She is getting more and more playful as she warms up, but she will take some time and energy to get to know properly
