My name is Megara (because I AM a Greek goddess!) but my friends call me Meg. I am fully vaxxed, microchipped, spayed, and had 2 teeth removed (they were just growing funny) and voila! I am healthy, happy,  and  ready for my forever family!

As a very young mom, my brave little kittens and I  had a pretty rough start to life living on the street – I ended up with a warrior scar (one frostbitten ear) but I don’t mind – I think it gives me  character.   Thankfully, we  were rescued when my kids  were 4 weeks old!

I’m not “kitten” you – EVERYONE loves me! I moved into my first  RF foster home with 3 cool kids and a sweet Border Collie and was immediately surrounded with love. I could finally relax and be the best mom ever. People came to see my kittens but…well,  I’m not bragging, but I stole the show lol.

I am told I am one of the most affectionate, gentle, confident and kind kitties you’ll meet.  I purr like an engine, I make little chirpy noises as I stare deeply into your eyes, and want  to hang out and play with  my humans.

To get ready for my spay date, I moved in a month later with a new RF family and their awesome little dog (Maggie).  Maggie  and I quickly became BFF’s and we spent most of our short time  together just hanging out.

And then guess what? Right after I was spayed I got terrific news – the  funky Mainstreet  Unique in Innisfail, Alberta had room for me!! This store is SO much fun, and I immediately made myself at home.  I get to meet lots of people who are looking for a new furever friend.  I hope you’ll come and meet me soon – I can’t wait!
