Sister to Diva. Penelope loves her people and loves being snuggle but it is on her terms. I mean she sounds like a cat – right! 🙂 Penelope is a talker especially when she thinks you have forgotten the wet food. She is very tiny and dainty. She does well with other cats and dogs.
